How long does the shipping take?

After paying for your order our team will immediately start packing your order and shipping it out as soon as possible. Depending on where you live shipping is going to take longer or shorter. Inside of Europe your order will be delivered approximately within 3-7 working Days and for outside of Europe it will take approximately 7-15 working Days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we offer international shipping but be aware that the customer has to pay for the shipping, the shipping prices variety from country to country.

How do the refunds work.

You are able to request a refund via the Contact tap, Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for fragrances once the product seal has been opened or the product has been used.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days from receipt for a full refund.
